Ordering Information

Minimum order is $50 before shipping.


All purchase and user information is kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell any customer information, including E-mail addresses, with outside interests.

All orders are shipped within one to two business days unless special arrangements are made at the time you place your order. If you need an item overnighted, please give us a call. For UPS overnight call before 11 AM, and for FedEx overnight call before 5 PM (all times Eastern).

If an item is on back-order we will tell you when you place your order. We will also give you the expected delivery date before taking your order or processing your credit card.

We ship all orders via UPS ground or Priority Mail unless you request a different method. (Please take delivery time into account when you order) All shipping/handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

Special Order items are not normally kept in stock. If ordering a special order item, please allow and an additional 10-14 business days for processing. All special order items must be pre-paid.

To help keep our prices the lowest, we do not issue refunds. For defective materials, we will replace or issue store credit for the product upon receipt at our office. Prior authorization is necessary for replacement or credit for defective items. Please contact us during normal business hours to obtain an Exchange number. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted without an Exchange number! No credit or replacement will be given on items more than 15 days after receipt at your location. Items sent without authorization will be refused and returned to you. Shipping charges are your responsibility to our offices, we will pay to return the replacement items to you via UPS ground or Priority Mail.

Claims for shipping damage must be received within 24 hours of delivery and also a claim must be filed with the delivering carrier for the damage. If you receive a damaged product and it is going to be more than 24 hours until we are open, please call and leave voice mail and we will call you back on the next business day and get your order corrected.
